Well you swim into the wall and when you are about 2 strokes away from the fall hold your breath. Continue swimming towards the wall. On your last stroke use your arm to pull yourself into a fast roll. Your feet should hit the wall as they do so push off the wall with them. You should be in a streamline position underwater. Then do dolphin kicks till you reach the surface. Then continue the stroke you were originally doing.
