Depends get like and old giftcard that's square and then get a real techdeck or imagine once cut it out bend the ends a little and ta daa you go a snowboard/ skateboard. Or you can buy a set and take the wheels off and exchange them with other boards.
get 2 expired credit cards and cut them out how you would like the board of the tech deck to be and super glue them together ask your mate or some one you know that has a spare tech deck and ask if yous can have the trucks and the wheels and then super glue them to the board in your wanted position and there you go a new tech deck.
You can buy skate parks or make pieces out of household things. you can make a pretty good rail out of a pencil atop 2 Popsicle sticks, or you can carve things out of wood.
