Wheels are what tires are mounted to. You might find just what you are looking for in a local junk yard. They may not match each other, but hey, they will be cheap for sure.

In order for an electric motor to spin freely you will have to make sure you have one thing. You have to have the electric current for the motor to run freely.

Longer boards, bigger wheels. On a standard street skateboard setup, i couldn't say for sure. I do believe tighter trucks help though.
im not entirely sure whether or not there are minerals in the actual DECK. But in the Grip Tape, Trucks, Wheels, etc. there may be. Maybe in the lamination.
22" wheels will fit if they are mounted on appropriately sized tires. You will want to make sure that the wheels have the correct backspacing (how far the wheels stick out). Most reputable wheel retailers can help you make sure you get the right setup.
