Yes, most bearings are the industrial standard of 8mm unless you have special longboard trucks, most notably Bear 1052's or 1045's or Bear Smokeys, these trucks run 10mm but are not very common. If you can take wheels off with the same wrench on both trucks, then they have the same size bearings.

Scooter bearing and skateboard bearing are the same. Two go in each wheel of your scooter. They are what let the wheel spin round. If you want some for good value, check out bones reds bearings. Or if your really crazy you can buy some 100 quid ones that let your wheels spin for about 3 minutes.

Yeah, in fact.. It's a smarter decision to buy 'SKATEBOARD' bearings over 'SCOOTER' bearings because, for the same price, you get 8 with the skateboard, and 4 with the scooter.

Essentially, you'd get 2 sets of Bones Reds (best value) for your scooter, which only needs 2 bearings per wheel, at 20 bucks max.
