That will depend on where you are starting from. If you were in Israel, you could walk to Egypt, as it is the only place where the continent of Africa borders another continent. If you are in mainland Asia or mainland Europe, you could walk to Israel. If you live in North America or South America or Australia or on any islands in the world, then you could not walk to Africa, as nobody can walk on water.
