expats cant study at universities, because they just accept citizens

expats cant work freely, they must work with the sponsor ( Kafeel )

expats get 50 % or less of salaries than citizens because their nationalities.

expats cant get medical treatment, the same reason.

expats cant get the citizenship even were born there and have stayed for more than 30 years.

what else I can say... expats cant choose cemetery to bury their deceased.

America or Russia.

America is the largest super power of the world, with it's influence felt everywhere. People look at the privileged lifestyle that Americans have and think that it must come from exploitation of lesser people as opposed to having free markets, and economic reform allowing individuals to expand their enterprises. Further, many countries see America as influencing its own national interests.

Russia is a far greater nuisance to many countries including half of Europe, and a third of Asia. They are the second larger producer of oil, and have occasionally flexed their muscle by shutting off the oil pipelines to the rest of Europe. Their oil money has been used to prevent economic reform, and build nepotistic influence in neighbouring countries including former USSR states.

Note: the question is asked as a whole from different points in the world not just that of one nation.

I am American and if examining what the entire world thinks I would not say the U.S. because I've asked people from different people from other countries they've been half and half on like or dislike so that leaves the U.S. neutral in like or dislike, many people I know are hating Iran for supporting terrorists that kill U.S. troops and yes it has been proven directly that they help terrorists such as Al-Queda or the Taliban. Israel really dislikes Iran and Iraq the U.S. dislikes them, Great Britain is upset with Iran and Iraq for that plane bombing how so ever many years ago in the 90's. The only reason why the U.S. even cooperates with them is because they have the oil and the U.S. hasn't come up with an affordable alternate energy source.
