Really, no one can answer that question. It changes all the time and we'll never find out exacly. There's a HUGE amount of highland dancers all around the world so it would be extremmelly diffucult to have a huge competiton because not only would it be hard for everyone to show up, but it would take DAYS for it to finnish! I know when I went to Scotland, in hte 12 year old grouip, there was 45 people! If you think that would take a long time, just imagine how many ther would be if we had a huge competetion!
