that was not appropriate to say "you did spaz" someone should report that person. The real answer is: nobody really invented it it was a whole country of people that did. The people of Ireland made it..... actually tap dance is an American art form. Irish dancers do not have taps on their shoes, the taps were developed in the United States but not by one particular person.
