It depends on your favorite type of dance. If you like more modern ballet, you would go with the English ballet. If you enjoy classical ballet, you would probably vote Russian. Personally, I like both.

Ballet is a VERY hard dance to learn. Their are many different position and jumps to perfect before you can even get to the fun part. So in my opinion, I think it's better to start when you're younger.
