I was in London last week and I went to all 3 of the Ballet shops on Drury Lane. There was a great sale on in Bloch and I got a lovely leotard there, they had a large selection on leotards and shoes and I would recommend going there but the woman working there wasn't very helpful. Dancia International was second best and it stocked a lot more than just leotards and shoes but I found the leotards were better in Bloch. Sansha wasn't great- a very small shop, with not much room and not a huge selection! Sorry this is a very long reply, but I think Bloch is the best ballet shop on Drury Lane! Happy shopping!

You can buy tutus in many different places. You can buy it on the internet on many different sites in you search "ballet tutus." You can also find it at your local ballet shop.
Yes they do. If you go to a dance shop, you can buy a bag of two, one for each shoe. Some ballet shoes already have an end to them though. But you can buy them in a dance shop where they do not sell their shoes like this
it depends on what type of shoes you want. Point shoes usually cost around €45 for a new pair in a shop but you can get them cheaper from a ballet teacher who buy's them herself.
It is vital that the bones in your feet are not still too soft when you begin pointework, so a child should not begin ideally until she is at least 11 years old. This is, of course, providing you are of a suitable standard (Grade 5+) or have been doing ballet for several years. The best thing to do is talk to an pointe-shoe fitter in a ballet shop, as they should be trained in this area and will know what is best for your feet in particular.
you can buy it from the dance shop 'BLOCH'. you can also get a copy of the DVD there too. =]
