dance is forsurely alot more exercice thatn Cheerleading, the reason for this is that in Cheer you almost just clap your hands and scream and every once in a while jump but in Dance you move across the dance floor with leaps witch is a split in the air turns rutines competitons and comvention and there is alot more to it so if you want to choose witch has more exercise your first thought might be cheer think a lil harder then bingo you will say dance!
much harder :)
Dance isn't all that hard and nobody cares about it. Soccer is the best sport ever and WAY harder and better than stupid dance.

Well, ballet and gymnastics are actually quite alike so the answer is no.
Dance technique is important to have when dancing because once you have one of the techniques down and you are great at it, you want to try harder and be the best at a even harder technique. Technique helps you get into Dance Companies and succeed in the world of dance. Technique can help you have better balance, straighter posture, and can make dances easier to perform and remember. Technique though takes time to perfect. Sadly dancers can't just one day magically appear in a very difficult move that they could not do before. It takes practice and dedication, but in the long run technique will help a dancer very much. Thank You.

Carl Erhardt has written: 'Ice hockey' -- subject(s): Skating, Dance, Hockey
Ice hockey, by virtue of requiring good skating skills at the same time as dribbling a puck.

Person 1 Field hockey is just as hard as any sport, it all depends on the amount of dedication you put into it. Person 2 I've played some field hockey and a lot of ice hockey, and I found field hockey much harder. For one thing, it is unfair to those of us who are left shots. Because of the types of sticks in field hockey, we all had to shoot right. Also, a ball on grass is much harder to handle than a puck on ice. I didn't enjoy playing field hockey at all.
