Iris - Goo goo dolls
This one is my favourite lyrical song by far...
I searched this once and
Boheimian Rhapsody - Queen
came up.
I think it would be better for more of a contempary, but maybe you could.
Also, Defying Gravity - Kerry Ellis
I think the trick is to listen to as many songs as possible, and find the one that relates to you the best. It depends what style of lyrical you intend to do, and if you want a song that builds, a song that stays slow, one with strong lyrics, or one that just speaks to you.
If you want a song with a good beat,
Sweet Dreams - Beyonce is good, too.
Only exception
and that's all the songs.
Highly Highly Highly recomend these songs:
FIRST LOVE - ADELE
A DROP IN THE OCEAN - RON POPE.
please check these out. They are gorgeous and make great lyrical (especially solo) dances.
Your Song by Ellie Goulding

Gotta Get Through This (Acoustic Version) by Daniel Bedingfield
Inventing Shadows by Dia Frampton

dancing is really fun. if you go to a good dance studio you can learn moves and many types of dance such as lyrical, jazz, tap or ballet.
Here they areBallet (of course, if you want to be good at dance, you must do ballet because it is the "form" of dance and you won't know anything if you don't do ballet. So, I highly suggest you do it!)Jazz (also very important)Lyrical danceAcro dancePointe (most studios consist that you should be a level 5 or 6 in ballet to do PointeTap Dance (good stuff)Cultural Dance
- Make you feel my love by Adele -Chasing cars by Natasha Bedingfield -First Love by Adele -Dear Friend by Stacie Oricio
There are quite a lot of types of ballet: There is Classical Ballet with the discipline, graceful and strong positions and the French words to describe the positions. There is Lyrical Dance which is ususally an emotional dance which shows more emotion that Classical Ballet. To dance Lyrical, people usually use soul, R & B songs or Pop Songs that have lyrics (hence "Lyrical Dance") that tell a story of love or loss. There is also Contempory Ballet, which combindes Modern and Ballet, with strong jumps, spins and sometimes acrobatics. It can also be graceful and show emotion like Lyrical. Character Dance isn't strictly a part of ballet, as you wear a certain skirt and shoes, but many professional dancers have been commended for their excellent character performances in ballets. The doll Copelia was a character role, as is someone like Bottom in Midsummer Night's Dream. In character dance, it is also very important that you are a good actor, as character roles can include comedy and really thinking like the character you are playing.

Do you mean the type of dance? If so, lyrical or contemporary are good styles for Adele songs :)
If you're talking about lyrical dance Natasha Beddingfield did a cover of chasing cars by snow patrol that's amazing to do a routine too
I personally think "No Air" would be a great lyrical, contemporary, or modern.
Definitely Party Rock Anthem. Also it is easy to memorize.

Two is Better Than One By: Boys Like Girls (Ft: Taylor Swift) If your into new, hot music. I personally can dance to it easily.
A good lyrical song without lyrics would definitely have to be Sarah Mclachlan Last Dance. Its easy listening but it does stay at the same level throughout the song. I did a lyrical solo to pride and prejudices Darcys Letter. It has many high and low emotion points in it. Also Love Story by Francais Lai is a classic

In the United States Kathy dance studio is really good you can do gymnastics, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and ballay at any age and u can do compation or regular dance.if you do copition you will have to do lyrical and special you can chose to do jazz with that.special is all the copition girls or boys in one big group.you will not be in that dance at all times you will go on and off.in enfeild at scitico plaza. In the United States and Canada, the Fred Astaire Dance Studios and M&M Dance are good. In the United Kingdom, Pineapple Dance Studios and the Basement Dance Studies are doing quite well.
Anything by Twisted Sister.
"concrete angel" is a sad song but great for lyrical."I found god" would be another good lyrical song. hope i helped!
