Shakespeare was born in April 1564, and died in April 23, 1616. Between 1314 and 1667, football was officially banned in England. The likelihood that anyone would risk the stern punishments at the time it is unlikely that there was any organized team competition or teams for Shakespeare to be a fan of.

They didn't have football teams back then, at least not in the way we understand them. There is some evidence that in Shakespeare's lifetime, some kind of football games with rules, a referee and teams did take place but this was apparently closer to Rugby football than the game English people of today would recognize, and the teams were not permanent.

Given that Shakespeare was born in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, he might support Stratford Town in the Southern Football League.
