well, personally i think that the first one is better because i think it has combined ballet and hip-hop very well! i really liked the final show in this film, it had used ballet and hip-hop music to make a really good peice of music! where as in the second film both the dancers are hip-hop street dancers, so it doesn't give it the same energy as the first film.
