from the BC Athletics 9 year old records at around 5:10,
i would extrapolate that somewhere a boy has run that
fast who had not yet turned 9.
encouraging youngsters to work that hard could be viewed
as cruelty!

Yes.
Answer: 9 inches = 0.2286 meters.
9 meters are 29.52756 feet.
If it's a rectangle then:- Area = 9*4 = 36 square meters Perimeter = 9+4+9+4 = 26 meters
9 meters x 17 meters = 153 square meters.
perimeter = 14+14+9+9 = 46 meters area = 14*9 = 126 square meters
9 meters is bigger than 83 millimeters. 9 meters is equivalent to 9000 millimeters.
