Depends on what your looking for. First there is the run up. You want to keep the tip of your jav down. Then proceed into you 5 step. The are also called cross overs. Block your nondominant heel into the ground. Bring your arm through and throw. Make sure that when you do your crossovers to make sure your arm is straight and you don't drop your elbow. You can also just do a 5 step or a full. Your body should make a C form and you want to throw through the point. Look it up on YouTube if you are confused

Most of your strength in your throw comes from your legs and core, but it is also important to have strong arms. Mostly you need an overall strong body, quick steps in your approach, and a good technique.
