Chose from two different ways:
1. With your hand flat against the top (label side) of the disc, balance it on your four fingertips without gripping it. Your finger tips should bend slightly over the edge of the disc. Squeeze the disc off, level, and in a clock-wise spin, which is essential for optimal flight.
2. Do the same as option one, but keep the index and middle fingers tightly together, if you have difficulty spinning the disc.
Learn how to "bowl" the disc. Learn how to throw it upward. Finally, learn to skim it across the grass. Remember the arm is a reaction, not the main driver in the throw. Good luck.
