It can really depend on age and gender also how safe that person wishes to be. I would say generally Basketball because a mouth gaurd, basketball shoes, and nee pads are all optional. All a player needs is some kind of sneakers for support. Some sports teams require players to wear things in some sports, like goggles in swimming or millions of pad in football and boy's Lacrosse, it really depends

To be good at any sport it takes a significant amount of skill. There really is no answer to this question because it is basically your opinion. If I had to choose, however, I'd say the shot-put and discuss in track. Not saying it isn't hard, just saying its based more on the thrower being strong and less on their technique.
