Why can't I lift my left foot standing I am able to lift the toes of my right foot leaving my heel on the ground yet i cannot do the same with my left foot?
your solution is actually really simple. everyone has a "side"
that is stronger than their other side. for example, my right foot
is stronger than my left, but in technique, my left foot is
stronger than my right. so, what you're probably doing is
exercising (or stretching) the dominant side more than your weak
side, which is why there is such a contrast between your feet. make
sure you exercise (or stretch) your weak side more than your
dominant.
