Driving a vehicle while impaired is not only against the law, it is a danger for the driver and his passengers as well as other innocent people driving on the same road. When you are impaired your response time to react to danger is severely slowed you brain cannot process at normal speed. Your impaired vision can cause you to go left of center into the path of oncoming traffic and innocent drivers or you may hit curbs, parked vehicles or pedestrians.

if you seem unsure about how welcome she is, then she may get the feeling that she's unwelcome, I'm not saying be mean, I'm just saying be vague, if she asks to come in say something like "errr well I don't know". What most people do is they get the feeling they're not welcome from that and think it's best to leave, consider if that's the result you actually want, because it's likely if you do this they wont be bothering you much after but you may come across a little harshly perhaps. I don't know how old you are or who you live with but you could always pull out the "my mom says no more people" or "my mom's round sorry", it doesn't have to stand up in court or even be remotely believable, I'm pretty sure she'll get the idea. as I said before briefly, try not to hurt any feelings.
