It would take about an hour a day for about a month.
it is not measured by the rotations you make but how long you keep it up.
if you do it fast enough and long enough it is extremely efficient
I'm not sure exactly how many but I do know that hula hooping is not a very active activity so if you are doing that to burn your calories you should be doing that for a very long amount of time and/or another active sport/activity.
Exercizes done with a weighted hula hoop, the kind purchased at sporting goods or fitness stores, can be a good way to firm and tone your body and get aerobically fit, too. The weights provide resistance, which is needed to actually work muscle groups. A standard toy hula hoop is not the same and cannot be substituted, except for general movement exercizes for a true beginner and, of course, for use in having fun. Sure, if you're able to play with it for a reasonable period of time (20-30 minutes).
as long as you live i think...
The world record for running in place is 12 hours and 35 minutes, set by Ashrita Furman in 2006.
a long time ago :)
a dunk is a dunk as long as you jump to the hoop and slam the basket ball in the hoop if it misses then its not
Your drivers record NEVER 'goes away.' It is a running compilation of your entire driving history and will always be with you.
Pete O'Connor set a record with the long jump and won two Olympic metals. John Treacy set a record time in marathon running.
FOREVERAdded: As noted above, such records do not "go away." Your driving record is a PERMANENT running record of ALL of your entire driving history.
