well first thing you have to do is try hard to get over your shyness then once you are over your shyness and you get the guts to talk to her Step 1: Check breath Step 2: check teeth (nothing in them) 3: be sure there is nothing wrong with your clothes such as Pants unzipped ripped pants etc. AND ALWAYS KEEP A SMILE :)

A solution for shyness is exposure. Getting out in the world and exposing yourself to people will help to overcome some of the symptoms of shyness. It is a gradual process, but someone who is shy sometimes isolates themselves from others or hides in the background and may find it hard to take that first step in getting better.
