Whether you're regular or goofy:
Foot placement:
1. your front foot should be toward the side edge of your board behind you with the front of your foot pressed against your board. It should really be toward the middle of your board because it's a lot easier to control the trick.
2. Your back foot will be on the angled section of the board (laid flat on the angle).
Motion:
1. you're going to pop the board up with your back foot (sort of like an ollie).
2. once you have your board in the air (assuming you've done the pop portion correctly) you're going to use your front foot to control your kickflip. Push down with the front of your foot (not too hard. just enough to make the board do a full flip and for you to catch it when you finally land).
Catching:
This can be tricky and you may need to practice at it if you're just starting but you can always glance down to make sure that you see the grip tape of your board as it lands. You really don't want to land primo... that stuff's not fun.
To put it simple a heel flip is where you kick your foot forward to do a 360 degree flip of the board. A kick flip on the other had is where you kick your foot backward to do a 360 degree flip of the board. It's that simple.
First you have to know how to do a Kickflip, and a 360 pop shuv-it. And basically you pop the board around like a 360 pop shuv-it, and flick it like a kickflip.

For XBOX (facing forward towards goal) get the ball in the air with RB get the ball in the air in a different way by holding RB for long time mid-air rainbow kick: back, forward, forward mid-air flip-flop: left, right round the world: spin analog when ball is in air round the world both feet: click left thumb in and normal round the world flick the ball to your head: forward right thumb from flick tap the ball with out side of boots: forward/diagonal thumb with timing. from flick hold the ball on your foot: flick the thumb with timing.
Hard double flip
What I did was just hold LB/L2 And just flick the right analogue about, then do kick-ups until you get to 4* skills, then I think you have to do a rainbow flick? You can do it in the arena by the way!
Yes.
Pull the right analog stick down and when it gets to the power of the kick that you want you flick it forward. To change the direction in which you kick it you move the left stick left and right.
normal kick flip maybe well most likely it can also be easy off stairs because you have more time on the air
if you can do those tricks over a 12 stair, then i guess you are good.
