take a big run up !! fast as u can .... when u get quite close too wall put both Ur legs/feet up at sane time against the wall then push and force Ur self back u should go automatically do a back flip ------ DANGER ------ DONT ------ BLAME ------ME ----- IF ------U ----- BREAK ------ UR ------NECK i would only do this if Ur positive u don't mind taking risks u have bad life Orr u can do like back flips on trampoline or something :P thanks for taking my advise it worked wen i tryed it
