I know that people might not agree with my answer but it depends what sport your playing. If your playing hockey that does tend 2 make u more aggressive put it shows sportsmanship. If ur playing soccer where it is less body contact then it makes u more calmer in a way.

Those are just some examples people can add on 2 this if they wish.

Well, sports are for nerds. Therefore participating in a sport may cause some or all of the following:

1. Loss of friends.

2. Loss of any social life whatsoever.

3. If you are a male, no females will be attracted to you.

So it is up to you, but playing sports is condoned by many experts.
