now onto how to dribble the key is to kick the ball ever so lightly with both feet without losing control at a comfortable speed. You should touch the ball with the inside of your shoes, for the most part, for better control. once you get comfortable go with pace and start turning. you can join a team and/or look up tricks (like the scissors or a cruyff turn) that will confuse your opponent and let you continue dribbling to goal and, hopefully, score.
here are some helpful tips: don't look down often and use both feet. also with the tricks go with pace it will make confusing the defender a whole lot easier.
