No, you cannot. The shorter connection will not fit the string/cable. Even if it did, the tension could damage the bow.
bow stringer
it's actually very simple and easy to use a bow and arrow all you have to do is put the end of the arrow on the string (the arrow will have a little slit where you can put the string in) you aim at your target and pull the string straight back and you will get a perfect shot :)
If you put the bow near the bridge, the instrument will sound louder. If you put the bow far the bridge, it will sound softer.
put the string on one end, put that end on top of your right foot put the bow behind your left calf, bend it around and attach the other end of the string.
The sad truth is you will need a bow press for that. It's simpler to take it to a shop and have qualified personnel do it for you.
put arrow on string pull string back shoot bow do ten times you nigher
They are the places where you put your fingers to make the string shorter, making the pitch higher.
String instruments make sound because you put rosin on the bow.
Well normally getting a string put on will cost about 110 for a great string and about 40 for a decent string but then you also have to pay labor which would cost you like 20 you can get it done at normally all archery shops but I use nontypical archery the guys name is Randy you can find him on craigslist he is amazing
To shoot a bow and arrow you take the notch of your arrow and put it on the bow string. Then you grab the handle with your weaker arm of the bow and grab the string with the other hand. Hold the arrow between your middle finger and pointer finger. Then you rest the arrow on your hand or handle of the bow. You pull the sting back using only your three middle fingers. Then aim and release the string. That's all to it!
Take the rosin in your left hand, and pretend your rosin is the string. you can actually just rub the rosin on the bow by "playing" the rosin as you would the strings. make sure you play with the entire bow.
