A player who is behind the ball cannot be in an offside position. A player that is in an offside position at the moment of the kick would be guilty of an offense if he runs back to collect a pass, even if the pass was backward.
offside absolutely offside k IF U DON;T NOOOOOOOOOOO
to my knowledge 10 types of self rescue rolls that can be done in a kayak body roll (offside) Eskimo roll (offside) sty roll / back deck (offside) hand roll (offside) 1 handed sty roll / back deck (offside)
The original offside rule was that if any attacking player is ahead of the last defender when the ball is played then the attacking player must be given offside. The player must be given offside even if he doesn't receive the pass. The new rule is that the player can only be given offside if he is interfering with play i.e. he receives the ball, he obstructs defending players, blcoks the goalkeepers view, etc.
The penalties in netball are contact and obstruction, intimidation also comes under the category of these two penalties.
No. Merely returning to an onside position is not enough. Once a player is determined to be offside two things must happen to fix it: 1. That player must get back to an onside position ...and... 2. a team-mate must touch the ball, an opponent must control the ball, or the ball must leave play.
Offsides is when a player crosses the blue line before another player on the same team with the puck crosses into there zone. The player with the puck must enter there zone first. This is to prevent a player from just sitting by the goal waiting for someone to pass the puck to them so they can score.
The offside is a very fair rule and has only one disadvantage and that is, the linesmen and referee have to make their decisions in a split second, with the naked eye and they often make mistakes, giving goals that were offside and ruling out goals when they were onside.
During a free kick , offside rule is valid .So if the attacker is in an offside position , the offside will be called .But if there is a throw I'm , then the offside rule is not valid which means one can receive the ball in an offside position in case of a throw in.
