, I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. The way that I fight nausea is by eating. I find that if I eat several times a day, I do not ever get nausea, but when I wake up and I am nausous because I have not eaten in quite a while, I eat and it goes away. I have not vomited once during this pregnancy. I believe the nausea is how your body tells you that you need to eat something. Keep fruit and veggies handy. They are easy to grab and they are good for you and your baby. I eat 6-7 small meals a day. Best wishes toB Be careful....I did this and gained 60 pounds for the same reason stated above. I don't believe the body is telling you you need to eat.... The 6-7 small meals is right on....nutritionally sound. all!
