I heard that further south they are blooming NOW (TN) But in OHIO they bloom early MAY. I have about 6 of them (just moved here) and they are just starting to sprout green buds. So MAY sounds right to me. Which is GOOD, because any earlier, they would risk freezing if we get a late snow storm.
