It can be any city. For winter it has to be in a cold place like Russia Norhtern USA like New England of Canada. many people think thses places have these things already built but the contry has to build compleatly new arenas and courts because no 1 place has All sport areanas needed for the Olympics. soto answere ur question prety much anywhere.

Many things are essential for hosting the Olympic Games. There needs to be a strong police force and government security, there must be plenty of parking, and there must be a large arena.

A lot of money, resources and space. New Zealand doesn't have enough space to build a olympic size stadium, or swimming pool, so it can't host it.
