Best Answer

Olympos is, in Greek Mythology, the center of the Olympic Gods, and a great spiritual realm from where the Olympic Gods maintained order and balance in the Universe, or arguably the Earth.

Olympos was believed by the ancient Greeks to be on Mt. Olympus, most likely due to common clouds on its top and its height in Greece,as these clouds were believed to conceal Olympos, as its king was Zeus, king of the Gods and God of the Skies.
