Probably not- there were charges that Eastern European athletes may have had genetic alterations to increase endurance, etc in the field- but as there are separate events-and rules, for say, Mens and Women"s events- this would be taken very seriously as a disqualifying factor akin to steroids or similar performance-enhancing drug use.
