Have never experienced "white balls of foam" in pool. It could be that your filter is dirty and needs cleaning. Or that you have added a certain type of algacide to the pool. Does the foam seem to appear if the water is agitated? Is the foam a dirty brownish color? What are your chemistry levels - chlorine, pH, alkalinity, conditioner? How old is the water in the pool? What is the bather load - how many people at a time?

It starts with a plastic known as styrene. Liquid or soft styrene has air or gasses forced through it, causing it to expand or foam up. Styrene+ foam= styrofoam. The material gets lighter as it foams up, and later solidifies.
To build a 3D model of a helium atom, you would represent the nucleus as two protons and two neutrons (found in the center) surrounded by two electron clouds at a distance. You can use materials like foam balls for the nucleus and smaller balls or beads for the electrons. The model should show the relative positions of the nucleus and the electrons in a three-dimensional space.
Impurities such as oils, greases, and dirt can impinge on foam bubbles, breaking down the foam blanket and reducing its effectiveness. These impurities can require longer discharge times to fully suppress the fire and may necessitate the reapplication of foam to maintain its effectiveness.
Foam brushes are paint applicators with foam heads that are commonly used for painting small surfaces and touch-up work. They are lightweight and disposable, making them convenient for one-time use or for projects that require frequent color changes. Foam brushes provide a smooth finish and are ideal for applying varnishes, stains, and sealants.
Fire extinguishing foam can be corrosive to certain metals, such as aluminum and magnesium, due to the chemicals it contains. It is important to thoroughly clean and rinse any metal surfaces that come into contact with fire extinguishing foam to prevent corrosion.
The white foam in waves primarily consists of air bubbles, water, and organic materials such as proteins and dead algae. These elements interact as the waves break, creating the frothy appearance of the foam.
If any pool balls are scuffed or damaged enough that you can see it by looking at them, they should be replaced. Pool balls wear under normal play and actually get out of round, but this is nearly impossible to tell. If they look worn, and cleaning them doesn't change that condition, it is highly likely they are out of round and should be replaced.
The ball struck will move by transfer of the cue ball energy in direct proportion to the angle at which it is struck, and will also gain rotational momentum based upon the cue balls rotational momentum and the time period of their contact.
I suggest ultra balls and dusk balls. You could use your master ball if you saved it or if it takes ages use time balls
foam is better in the bottom of the pool than sand, sand shifts and will sometimes wash out leaving deep indentions in the pool. foam is best used 1/4" foam is best no small nolarger also make use the pool out side wall has a way to drain water away from the pool after rain or it could get under the foam
All pool balls are quiet until they collide with another ball. This happens only for a very brief fraction of a second during the typical pool shot. Pool balls cannot be made of any other material that will change the sound they make on impact, so they cannot be quieter than they already are.

The lowest prime number you could reach would be 2.
Your Dog probably just has a tummy ache, dogs do this time to time, might have gotten a bug a rock or ate grass. if it was rabies you would have known well before this as your dog would have gotten aggressive white foam is one of the very last symptoms of rabies.
There is only one white ball - the cue ball. It is the only ball which is not meant to be potted at any time.
It depneds on what the game is. If it is football, basketball, tennis, and some other games, there is just one ball on the floor at any one time. If the game is pool, there are 15 balls plus the cue ball. Other games played with balls may have other numbers of balls.
The safety of a person swimming in foamy pool water is related to the reason the water is foamy. Chemicals in the pool may not be safe when treating for a time period after added to the water. It is best to ask a person who manages the pool, identify why foam is present, and read all chemical warnings.
