In 1996 Hans Kammerlander (who downclimbed a few snowless sections) skied it. The first uninterrupted ski descent was made by Davo Karnicar in 2000 via the standard Southeast Ridge route, and snowboard descents were made by Stefan Gatt and Marco Siffredi in 2001. Also Kit Deslauries (sp)with her husband Rob DesLauriers and friend Jimmy Chin became the first woman to ski it. I remember being amazed when I read this in a Ski Magazine. Some of the steepest sections are slightly ridiculous especially considering the risk factor. Also a movie was made about Yuichiro Miura's attempt to ski a steep portion of everest. (The Man who skied Everest).Check out some pics of Davo Karnicar here...http://www.mounteverest.net/news.php?id=10110 Also a movie was made about Yuichiro Miura's attempt to ski a steep portion of everest. You can see snow in March at many mountain resorts or ski areas in regions known for their winter sports. Some popular destinations include Colorado, Utah, Tahoe, and Vermont in the United States, as well as areas in Europe such as the Alps in Switzerland, France, or Austria. Just make sure to check ahead for snow conditions and family-friendly activities.
I heard yes and no. I live less then a mile from Ski Roundtop. If it is it will not erupt for billions of years!

Girl's ski jackets can be found at many stores that specialize in ski equipment and apparel. In addition, REI, Land's End, and Mount Everest sell girl's ski jackets.
Um you could clean and sharpen people's ski's or work in a holiday hut ;) Um you could clean and sharpen people's ski's or work in a holiday hut ;)
Yuichiro Miura became the first person to ski on Mount Everest on May 6, 1970. He descended nearly 4,200 vertical feet from the South Col (elevation over 8,000 m (26,000 ft)). This feat was documented in 1975, in the film The Man Who Skied Down Everest. The film won the Academy Award for best documentary, the first sports film to do so.

It has been done several times; therefore it is possible to ski on Mount Everest. As well as K2 and many other mountains. The question is: are you a good enough skier to ski on Mount Everest? And also, you got to remember that everything is skiable-- just you have a 100% chance of dying. But the mountains mentioned earlier have been done.
