Pack easily digestible carbohydrates like energy bars, fruits, nuts, and granola bars to provide quick energy during the track meet. Avoid heavy, greasy foods that may sit heavily in your stomach and impact performance. Remember to stay hydrated with water and maybe sports drinks for electrolyte balance.
