Rubber does not freeze in the same way that liquids do due to its molecular structure. It can become stiff and more brittle at low temperatures but will not solidify like water into ice.
When you freeze water, you create ice.
I'm pretty sure it can be made into ice if you freeze it for long enough you will probably just have to try it!!
It is not possible to freeze ice without cold because the process of freezing involves the removal of heat energy from a substance, causing it to solidify into ice. Without cold temperatures or a means to remove heat, it is not possible to freeze water into ice.
The time it takes to accumulate 4 inches of ice on a pond depends on the temperature and weather conditions. Generally, it could take several days to a few weeks for 4 inches of ice to form, assuming consistent cold temperatures below freezing. It is important to always check the thickness of the ice before venturing out onto a pond for safety.

With the Cuisinart ICE-50 compressor ice-cream maker I have: from 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the recipe used.
an NHL sized rink is 85 ft wide and 200 ft long. the ice is appx 4-6 inches thick and is put in using 12-20 layers of ice. the process is to build up the thickness of the ice slowly at first, then thicker. the first few layers are only fractions of an inch in thickness.
Ice does not always freeze evenly and therefore could be four inches in one spot and only two inches in another. The general rule is if it is three inches or less, you should keep off of it.
You take a bucket and a spoon. You take the spoon, scoop out ice and put it into a bucket. Then you freeze it and bring it to a country!!
of course i made an ice block out of pineapple juice before :) trust me it's fine
about 5-10 minutes :)
