Tom Jones performed the theme song for James Bond: Thunderball.
Sounds like Sharon Jones to me, but I may be wrong.
Originally, Shirley Bassey and Dionne Warwick each sang versions of "Kiss Kiss, Bang, Bank" as the title song in the movie Thunderball (1965). However, the movie's producer decided to change the song so that the word "thunderball" would be in the song. A new song, "Thunderball" was written for the opening song, and it was sung by British pop star, Tom Jones.
