Each state has different protections for consumers and different ways one can sue and for how much. $10,000 is a huge hit and one wonders how you got in this deep. You also don't say how you paid for the amount in dispute. If you are suing in small claims court and representing yourself there may be a limit like $5,000. If you hire a lawyer he/she will provide advice on where to file and your chances of being successful. Going this route may well cost you a good chunk of the $10,000, and that is assuming you win. I run a self-defense school and we have full disclosure before anyone signs a contract. However, once the contract is signed the school is depending on contracts for its future planning.
It is at a parade
Amen- BY The Impressions- comes on with a rather martial drum-beat and flourish of trumpets. It can be argued it is both a spiritual about the life of Christ- and it is a Christmas song. I would hesitate to call it a Carol.
Yes. We found that this multi talented instructor of this new martial art called "yin lew" was crerated by Lewis. The school is located in Tennessee USA. Out in the woods I think. Some kind of a oriental healing center too.
If you are referring to the A Tout le Monde video. Her name is Cristina Scabbia and she is the lead singer for Lacuna Coil. She guested on the track.
It depends on the trainer or a club, and how many hours or days you train, or is it private or public. The facility and the school is the key. Lessons can run as low as $5 a class. Most schools sign you up for a minimum 1 year contract, running something around $600-$800 a year. I charge $10 a class, part goes to my teacher, part goes to the facility, part goes into the class funds. I do not make money at the deal, I'm happy if I break even. One of the things to watch for is testing fees. Are they in addition to the membership fees or included? I've seen place charge as much as $750 for the black belt test! While some fee is reasonable, I find that excessive.Depends on the school and how they charge. When I teach a half hour class it is $5 per student. An hour with a Grand Master can go for as much as $200.
Batista is currently working on getting a contract for MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).
If they are unable to provide their side of the contract, the contract is invalid. If the services have already been provided, there is an issue. The other issue is that the contract may not be between you and the karate school. It may be between you and a finance company. They made an agreement to pay the karate school money, perhaps up front, you in turn agreed to pay the finance company. If it is a high value contract, you may want to consult an attorney. Otherwise, read the contract carefully and see who the parties are.

The businessman Dana is the President of a mixed martial arts company. Dana White company is unique in that the site offices are in United States.
Yes, a contract length can be any length you want. But I would seriously look at other schools. A six year contract is way too long to be considered. What if you don't like it? What if you have to move in a year? What if you are injured and can't participate any more? I'd never consider signing a contract for that length of time.

Learning a martial art is a good start. Getting recruited to be a spy can be the real challenge.
