Tanks might be heavy, but their tracks are very wide, spreading that weight over a very large area. Tanks exert less pressure on the ground than a person. But if the ground gets soft enough, even a tank will sink.

Comet, ajax, and soft scrub. Wet sink sprinkle ajax or pour soft scrub, then scrub with abrasive side of sponge.
Depends on the holes in the ledge of the sink. If you have a single hole, you have to buy a single lever faucet. If you have a two hole or three hole ledge, it depends on the space between them to determine if you need a 4" centre or 8" center faucet
height of a mop sink faucet
That would depend on how many holes the sink has .... If it is a one hole type you will need a pull out spray faucet or look at the Delta line
As far as I know, all kitchen sinks have the faucet in the middle. There are usually 4 holes, 3 for the faucet and one for the hand sprayer. Some have a fifth hole for a soap dispenser.
I just had to answer this exact question for one of my plumbers. There should always be about a 1" gap between the top of the sink and the bottom of the faucet. If it is any higher, then the water will splash out of the sink. Also the end of the faucet must go directly over the drain.
Faucet.
Change the faucet, either one will mount on the sink.
Most kitchen cast iron sinks have 3 holes and a single handle uses all three. A bathroom sink will have two or three depending on age and if you are very careful and take your time, you can drill a center hole in cast iron. Start with a small pilot hole in the center from the underneath side. You can't start on top on the porcelain. Once you get the pilot hole through, you can then drill from the top down and should use oil to keep the chipping of the porcelain to a minimum.
There are many different types of kitchen faucets out there. The kind you need depends on what type of sink you have. It can also depend on personal preference. If you have a low sink, a double sink, three holes, two holes, room for a sprayer, these things will determine what type of kitchen faucet is needed.
It depends on the make of the faucets.
steel and iron
If the kitchen sink is stainless steel you can punch a hole where you need it with a hole-saw. If it is porcelain on steel or cast iron, and you dont want to replace it, then you will have to return the faucet to where you purchased it and exchange it for one with the correct center to center dimension.
