Rocky's accountant somehow gained the power of attorney from the former heavyweight champion and then blew the Balboa fortune through bad business deals. Fortunately, the gym owned by Rocky's late trainer, Mickey, was in the Balboa family's control and Rocky began managing it.

First it was Mickey Goldmill "Burgess Meredith" until he died, then Apollo Creed "Carl Weathers" along with his old trainer Duke "Tony Burton". Burgess Meredith played the role of Rocky's trainer in the original "Rocky" and had a role in all the sequels. He died on 9 Sept 1997, but www.imdb.com also listed him as a cast member in the 2006 "Rocky Balboa". I have not seen this so they must have used file footage of him.

In Rocky I-III Mick is Rocky's trainer. Once Mick dies in Rocky III, Apollo Creed becomes his coach. In Rocky IV after Apollo Creed dies, Apollo's coach becomes his coach.

Rocky, a boxer in the movie, had a very intense training regime. There are many You Tube videos that are dedicated to showing how you can train like Rocky. A personal trainer or a boxing gym can also help you train like Rocky.
His mom... no just kidding. Mickey is mad at rocky because rocky was being a bum. He saw rocky had talent but was afraid to use it. At least I think I don't remember to well has been years since I've seen rocky
