What should I wear for an 80's fancy dress party?

If your a girl, wear a frilly skirt with leggings and pumps or converse. For a shirt get a long sleeved one, plain fabric and cut along the neck hemline so one sleeve is off the shoulder. Top it off with a ponytail to the side of your head, or a sweat band and LOTS of thick colorful bangles. For an edgier look, get a Metallica shirt (or any metal band). Pair it with skinny jeans, a red handkercheif tied on your wrist, fluff out your hair and wear a studded choker necklace. (I pulled this one off) If your a guy, wear a metal band t-shirt with the sleeves cut (so it's like a tank top), tie a red handkercheif either around your wrist or head, wear as much studs as you possibly can. Also wear leather pants or skinny jeans.
