The 2 most obvious differences were that the Olympic, which was launched first, had problems with splashing on A deck, Titanic was adapted to prevent this and so Titanic has an enclosed area at the front of the ship on A deck with a splash guard having been fitted. Also the windows on B deck on the Titanic are uneven in spacing however the Olympic's are evenly spaced.
