Whatever amount it is is too much, I actually actually think he may pay ESPN to work there.
ESPN reports Craig Biggio's 2007 salary at $5,150,000.
Different ESPN workers make different amounts of money, if they go live... they would make about $7500 everytime, if they are only on for a short time then they don't get as much.... feel free to edit this answer.
Mike Golic made 645,000 last year. 210K of that came from ESPN and the rest comes from retirement funds and endorsements that Golic does.

Yes! Casters are an absolute must. Casters will make your office space much easier. If you buy a low-profile chair with no casters, then moving around your desk will pain since you'll have to bend or try to reach something without moving you chair. My point is that if you're going to buy a executive chair for your office, save up money enough to buy that swanky new chair with casters than a bad chair that will slow you down in your work.

This question is much too broad to give an adequate answer.
ESPN reports Craig Biggio's 2007 salary at $5,150,000.
ESPN reports Melvin Mora's 2008 salary at $7,826,915.

Gain varies from one to another, and there is a broad range.

Although unconfirmed by ESPN, I have read that it is $4.3 million.
