select MY TEAM, then add players, select the category of player you want, ie QB, RB ect, then select the player, it will then ask you to make room for that roster spot by either deactivating or dropping a player, then wait for your weekly waivers to take place, usually on a Wednesday, the player with the fewest points gets to select first, so have a few picks made ahead of time, in case you dont get the player you were looking for, once the waivers have taken place, you may use the same process to add players immediately to your roster, right up to the kickoff of the first game scheduled that week.

Go to the other team's roster and to the right there should be a a button that says "TRADE." Click on that and trade.

Go to "Football" under fantasy, go to "Sign Up Today," and hit create a league.
