Yes it did. Although it didn't fix all of the problems New Orleans is still suffering with, it did give those who felt too much despair to even go on with life something to hold on to. The New Orleans Saints reprsents the city of New Orleans in many ways. One way is that the team showed even when you're down and out and everyone is looking at you as if you'll never pull yourself together, you can still make it. You can still go ahead in life and be that inspiration for someone else who may need it. The Super Bowl win for New Orleans has indeed given people hope and one day, if another city or region needs it, New Orleanians may be the inspiration for others to get back on their feet like the Saints were to them.

The New Orleans Saints have never played in a Super Bowl. Many Super Bowls have been hosted in the Louisiana Superdome, But a long time ago, it was known as Tulane Stadium. Another Super Bowl will be hosted by the Saints in 2013. It will be the 10th Super Bowl hosted in the Superdome. The Saints do hope to one day go to a Super Bowl.

1966 hope I this is the right answer
That depends on which Super Bowl one is talking about. For the first 43, the New Orleans Saints had little to celebrate as they did not participate in them and had no chance at being champs; however, for the 44th Super Bowl, the Saints not only competed, they won the game and ultimately became the world champions. The way they celebrated with the city of New Orleans was in a traditional New Orleanian fashion; parades, music, and food and drink galore. They celebrated what has come to be known as Lombardi Gras(a play on Mardi Gras), and enjoyed their championship win like many in sports hope to.
