Yes, not all the TransCanada is a 400 series highway.

You must not drive on 400-series roads with a posted speed limit over

80km/h. Also, you must not drive on certain high-speed urban roads

including the Queen Elizabeth Way, Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner

Expressway in the Greater Toronto Area, the E.C. Row Expressway in Windsor

and the Conestoga Parkway in Kitchener-Waterloo. However, if your

accompanying driver is a driving instructor licensed in Ontario, you may

drive on any road. (Driver's Handbook, page 11)

Yes, but only if you have some one who has had their license for 4 years and also has their G. And i dont think you can drive on 400 series highways either, but i might be wrong about the highway.

As in "drive a car"?

No.

There are no roads up here, only trails on the ice for sled dogs and the occasional cross country skier.

Hard to traverse except between July 14th and July21st, the trails get mushy and footing is suspect, even for the dogs.
