This is my personal opinion of the 6 strongest Rugby players in history (I know that NZ appears a lot but they just grow tough men): 1st: Jonah Lomu (NZL) 2nd: Jean Peirre-Rhys (FRA) 3rd: Sebastien Chabal (FRA) 4th: Nili Latu (TON) 5th: John Kirwin (NZL) 6th: Richie McCaw (NZL)

That depends on which form of football is being played. American football 11 players per team = 22 Association football 11 players per team = 22 Canadian football 12 players per team = 24 Rugby league football 13 players per team = 26 Rugby union football 15 players per team = 30 Gaelic football 15 players per team = 30 Australian Rules football 18 players team = 36

there is 22 players in a team. but only 15 play at a time you can roll subs so others can go on
There are 15 players on a pitch, there are 22 members on a squad, allowing fro seven subsitutions during the game.
The numbers are decided by the position, not the player (unlike football) Starting 15 are numbered accordingly, substitutes are 16-22 (assuming that's what you mean)
mmm...answer is kinda strange...but...from what i understand: There are 15 on the field for each team at a time There are also then an extra 7 subs for each team Which adds up to 22 If you asking how many players play rugby in the world...i'd say easily over a billion
