No. Schumacher retired from Formula 1 in 2006, Hamilton entered the sport in 2007. Hamilton would have raced Schumacher if he had taken part in the last few Race of Champions events, but he chose not to. (If you were talking about Michael's brother Ralf Schumacher, which is unlikely, then yes they both raced in 2007.)

No ... Hobbs first NASCAR race was the 1976 Daytona 500. Prior to that ... Jim Clark ran in 1967 at Rockingham and did not finish. Vic Elford ran the 1969 Daytona 500 and finished 11th. Brian Naylor ran at the 1961 Daytona 500 and finished 42nd. Pedro Rodriguez drove at Trenton in 1959 and finished 6th. Jackie Oliver made 8 NASCAR starts in 1970-1971. There are probably many others.
1.85 is a bit taller than average, but plenty of tall people have raced. Justin Wilson for example is 1.83 meters tall and has raced in both Formula 1 and IndyCar, and current McLaren driver Jenson Button is 1.82m. Driver skill is more important than height.
