The Formula One series has its roots in the European Grand Prix Motor Racing of the 1920s and 1930s. The "formula" is a set of rules which all participants and cars must meet. Formula One was a new formula agreed after World War II in 1946, with the first non-championship races being held that year. A number of Grand Prix racing organisations had laid out rules for a World Championship before the war, but due to the suspension of racing during the conflict, the World Drivers' Championship was not formalised until 1947. The first world championship race was held at Silverstone, United Kingdom in 1950.

How to drag and copy the formula down while keeping the first cell value to stay the same and the remaining cells to increase by 1?

There are a few ways to do it. Put 1 in the first cell and 2 in the second cell. Then select both cells and then start dragging down and the values will continue to increase.Another way is to put 1 in the first cell and in the second cell, put in a formula to add 1 to the cell above and copy the formula down.A third way is to type 1 into the first cell. Then put the cursor on the fill handle and press and hold the Ctrl and then start to drag down and the values will continue to increase. There are a few ways to do it.
